This range of heavy-duty hydraulically operated production grinder is ideally suitable for grindig large press tools and dies as well robust construction which enables heavy cuts to be taken without loss of accuracy.
The large wheel size and the high power of wheel motor are designed to achieve maximum output consistent with the highest possible precision.
The hydraulically operated longitudinal traverse, the electro-mechanical cross traverse and the automatic downfeed of wheelhead are standard to these machines. A wet grinding attachmente is also provided. On request these machines can be supplied with raised column to obtain a 28″ grinding height. A wide range of ancillary equipement can be supplied when specially ordered: swivelling vertical grinding attachments, wheel truing and forming devices, swarf separatirs, magnetic chucks, automatic cycle attachments.
